Authors are requested to submit only extended abstracts of their papers before the conference. The recommended length is three pages. Submissions must be in PDF format. Extended abstracts and papers must be written in Microsoft Word. The formatting templates will be published in a few days. All approved extended abstracts will be published in the book of the extended abstracts, but no more than 12 papers will be allowed to be presented orally.
The authors of the approved for oral presentation extended abstracts will have 20 minutes to present their work at the conference (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions).

After the conference, the final versions of the papers will be submitted to the proceedings of the RC-AGI 2026 and will be subject to an additional review. The papers with positive reviews will be published in the proceedings of the RC-AGI 2026 conference. These proceedings will be submitted to Scopus and Web of Science to be considered for indexing.
The working language of the conference is English.
