The following options allow you to specify the name and location of the file you're about to save:

Save in:
Select the drive and directory in which you want to store the document.

File Name:
Type a new filename and extension to save a document with a different name or in a different type.

Save as type:
Lets choose a file filter for the files you are seeing.

Moreover, other buttons are present, to ease your file treatment:
 - Parent directory
 - View desktop
 - New folder
 - List (shows files in a simple list)
 - Details (shows files with all the details)
